I. Acrylic-Lucite (Hard Material)

1. Tools Needed                                                                    

1. white stone - Christmas tree shape
2. steel burr or balls
3. grinding motor

2. Modifying Earmold Shape

 (Canal, Tragus, Concha, Helix)

1. use white stone
2. set motor at slower speed
3. grind from back to front
4. grinding motion continual, slow and removing
    only small amount of material
5. feel area ground on for rough areas

Don't
1. apply a lot of pressure
2. grind in one place

3. Changing Styles

1. use metal bits to change style
2. use white stone to smooth
3. same grinding method described above

Don't
1. apply a lot of pressure
2. cut straight through - trim down
